Sample Food Menu for the Weaned Babies

There comes a time when we have to wean our little delicate ones to solid foods. This is the time we get confused about the serving quantities and end up making a bad habit for the baby. This is the crucial time when you will have to let the baby decide for itself, how much it needs to eat? Once he/she is able to recognize its hunger, we should also keep in mind that the baby has a small sized tummy and cannot eat the portion size of the adults.

Not only does it depend on their tummy size, the kind of activity they choose and how much growth there body is catering has an important role in deciding their portion size of feed each day now on. No doubt the organic formula is continued with it.
